Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pies

1 Can vanilla frosting2 Sticks margaine3/4 Cup White sugar
3/4 Cup Light brown sugar2 Eggs
1−1/2 Cup Cake flour or plain Flour1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Soda
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Cups One minute oatmeal
Cream together margarine,sugars, and eggs mix flour,salt, soda and cinnamonseperately add dry ingredients to sugar mixture and stir. Use a mixer for
this blend in vanilla and oatmeal. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet(use anon stick cookie sheet) or can be baked on foil, lightly sprayed with pam.bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake until almost done and then use thebroiler to finish the top... cool and then ice a cookie and place another ontop. until all are used..makes a lot. for keeping them fresh..then wrap eachcookie in a sandwitch bags and then put into a large freezer bag. The cakeflour is better than the plain flour.
