Popcorn Balls
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup white corn syrup1/3 cup water
1/4 cup butter
3/4 Teaspoon salt3/4 Teaspoon vanilla3 quarts popped corn
Put sugar, syrup, water, butter and salt in a saucepan. Cook, stirring untilsugar is dissolved. Continue cooking without stirring until it reaches 250degrees. Add vanilla and stir only enough to mix. Pour over corn and mixwell. Form into balls. You can add food coloring along with the vanilla forcolored popcorn balls.
